英語メールでホテルに「予約のキャンセル」を伝えるには？
海外のホテルを予約していたのに、
・都合が悪くなりキャンセルしなくてはならない
・別のホテルに変えたくなった
ということはたまに起こります。
タイミングによってはキャンセル料が発生してしまいますし、デポジットを払い込んでいる場合には返金の依頼が必要になります。
（オンラインの予約サイトで予約した場合、まずはそこでキャンセルするのが一般的な方法です。）
以下は、ホテル、レストラン、アクティビティ等をメールでキャンセルしたいときに使える英文の一例です。
ホテルに送る「キャンセルメール」の英語の例文

電車/フライトがキャンセルになってしまったのでそちらに行くことができません。

キャンセルをするときにいつも注意したいのが、
・メールのような記録をとっておくこと
・口頭での連絡だったら担当者の名前を訪ね、記録をとっておくこと
です。
